Jubilant HollisterStier’s Montreal facility offers one Rotatm high speed filling unit in its FDA approved sterile filling area. A wide range of fill volumes are available with minimal change parts required. Manufacturing is performed in a pressurized vessel also located in the aseptic core.

Sterile Ointment Filling Line
Jubilant HollisterStier’s Montreal facility offers one Nordentm ointment filling unit in its FDA approved sterile filling area. Manufacturing is performed in a pressurized vessel also located in the aseptic core.

- Robotic tube loader to minimize human intervention.
- Filling at a rate of 75 tubes/minute
- Range of fill weights from 2 – 5g
