      1. Overview

        Jubilant HollisterStier offers sterile manufacturing services for Phase I through Commercial liquid and lyophilized products in vials and ampoules, as well as ophthalmic and otic solutions.

      2. Sterile Injectable Fill/Finish

        Jubilant HollisterStier understands what it takes to move sterile injectable products to market safely and efficiently. Whether clinical or commercial sized batches, we know how important it is to respond quickly to our clients’ needs and the ongoing changes in market demands.

      3. Ophthalmic & Otic

        Jubilant HollisterStier’s Montreal facility offers one Rota high speed filling unit in its sterile filling area. A wide range of fill volumes are available with minimal change parts required.

      4. Lyophilization

        Jubilant HollisterStier’s Spokane facility offers two GEA 385 ft2 and two BOC Edwards 220ft2 lyophilizers in the high-speed commercial filling suites. Automatic cold shelf loading and unloading, and clean in place and steam in place dehumidification systems are just some of the features that our large lyophilizers provide.

Client Notification System

Jubilant HollisterStier provides contract manufacturing services for clients with commercial and/or clinical products.

Client Notification System

Because we are involved in manufacturing operations for clients, Jubilant HollisterStier recognizes the need to inform clients of projects and planned changes to the facility, supporting utilities, equipment, and processes. This includes notification of the introduction of new products into the facility. These changes are presented to clients so they can evaluate the regulatory impact that the changes may have on their products

To assist in the notification process, Jubilant HollisterStier has developed a secure online notification system that is used to inform contract clients of projects and planned changes that may impact the regulatory status of their product and established manufacturing schedules. The system is also used to supply applicable regulatory information relevant to the changes described above, as well as additional regulatory documentation.

The Client Notification System is a secure (128 bit encrypted) Web-based application designed to allow secure notification, communication, and access to documentation.
