Our experienced leadership team brings deep industry knowledge and a shared commitment to operational excellence. Their strategic vision and hands-on approach ensure every partnership is built on trust, transparency, and long-term success.
Chris has led JHS to record-breaking financial performance and to our work with breakthrough drug products while driving all strategic decisions with significant success. Prior to joining JHS, he served as president of the HollisterStier Allergy business unit for five years where he strengthened the business’s position and ensured high standards of quality and innovation in allergy treatment. Chris has a Master of Science in chemistry from Furman University and a Master of International Business Studies at Darla Moore School of Business, South Carolina University, along with his completion Wharton’s School of Business Transformational Leadership for Executives program. He has a total of 32 years of experience in the pharma industry, including 20+years at GSK.
With 25+ years in management with biotech and pharma industries, Ian brings his wealth of operational and engineering leadership skills to the team. His deep experience with facilities engineering both domestically and globally has enabled him to supervise the full life cycle of designing, building, and operating R&D and manufacturing faculties. He received his degree in business administration from Colorado Technical University.
Jerry Holcomb has worked for Jubilant HollisterStier for more than 20 years and is currently the Vice President of Quality supporting both the Allergy business unit and the Contract manufacturing business unit, providing quality oversight for the site. He received his bachelor’s degrees in biology and chemistry from Eastern Washington University. He has presented several papers at scientific meetings, is an author of four manuscripts, and is a co-inventor on four patents pertaining to the development of novel assays for the rapid detection of bacteria.
Leveraging his previous experience with Catalent and Fujifilm Biotechnologies, Mike joined JHS in November 2024 to lead the JHS business development and sales operations team through an exciting period of rapid growth. He is well-versed in navigating commercial partnerships to manufacture drug products and has extensive experience with contract negotiation and licensing deals in international markets. Mike received his BS in Biological Sciences and his Graduate Certificate in Foundations in Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
With over 15+ years in management with pharma and medical device companies, Vincent Villegas has been a driving force in the continued buildout and overall leadership of the Commercial Operations function, ensuring operational readiness to support the successful commercialization of new products and projects.
Vincent is currently responsible for Project Management, Sales Operations, Marketing and Government Affairs and Policy. During his tenure with Jubilant, his expertise spans across contract manufacturing (CMO), biologics, radiopharmaceuticals, and generics.
Joe supports excellence in tech transfer, process improvement, and strategic projects across both JHS sites. He is skilled in Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), FDA GMP, Validation, GMP, and Six Sigma and received a BS in biotechnology from Eastern Washington University. He is experienced in leading project teams focused on strategic areas including reliability engineering, shutdown management, project management, and business transformation.
