Leadership Academy

Introduction to Biomanufacturing Certification Course

Spokane Colleges (Community Colleges of Spokane) and Jubilant HollisterStier (JHS) have partnered to create a certification program that teaches the fundamentals of biomanufacturing and aseptic techniques.

Certification Course

This specialized, accredited training program is designed to prepare students from all educational backgrounds for a career in biomanufacturing. During the 10-week course, students learn directly from industry experts and gain practical experience with on-campus lab time and site visits to JHS’s Spokane manufacturing facility.

Upon completion of the program, students can interview for a paid internship at JHS. Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition to a full-time role. Learn more about the next open certification course at Spokane Community Colleges.

Skill Development Through Cross-Functional Training

Our support curriculum training program at JHS gives our operations team members the chance to expand their skills, broaden their experience, and advance in their careers. Experts from formulation, filling, inspection, and packaging lead voluntary learning sessions open to anyone who wants to grow beyond their primary role. Our career progression system for technicians and specialists links advancement opportunities with trainings completed and skills acquired to support professional growth.

Ongoing training requirements through a combination of in-person and online modules ensure our team members are fully compliant with all relevant procedures and regulatory guidance. This safeguards the quality and sterility of our drug products while maintaining consistency and regulatory alignment.

Leadership Academy in Partnership with Gonzaga

The Leadership Academy is JHS’ flagship leadership development program, created in partnership with Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies. Our team has facilitated over 100 ive instructor-led sessions to date to build leaders who live our Jubilant values and drive performance through people.
